Whether your organization is small or big, it must have an objective o goal that you have to full fill, even if you have one-man organization, you work for achieving organizational goals, to a smaller or greater level, through a workforce and using some business strategies, if that workforce is not prolific, the efficiency of goals-achievement suffers and costs of objective accomplishment go up.
